Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

We make every effort to ensure that the products displayed on PrizmStyle.com are an accurate representation of what you’ll receive. However, please note that slight variations in color, texture, or design may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or product batches. We always strive to provide the most accurate and detailed product images and descriptions possible to help you make an informed purchase.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

After placing an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email containing all the details of your purchase, including a breakdown of the items, prices, taxes, and shipping fees. This email acts as your receipt.

If you need a copy of your receipt later, you can also access it by logging into your PrizmStyle.com account and visiting your Order History. Simply select the order you need, and you'll find an option to view or download the receipt.

How can I return an item?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, here's how to do it:

  1. Review Our Return Policy
    Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to qualify for a return.

  2. Contact Our Customer Support Team
    To initiate the return process, please contact our customer support team at support@prizmstyle.com or through our live chat. Provide your order number, product details, and the reason for the return, and we'll assist you with the next steps.

  3. Return Authorization & Shipping Instructions
    Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please note that return shipping costs may be your responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  4. Processing Your Return
    Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be reflected.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We understand how disappointing it can be when an item you love is out of stock. While we can’t guarantee that all items will be restocked, many of our popular products are regularly replenished based on customer demand.

If an item is out of stock, we recommend checking back periodically, as restocks do happen. You can also sign up for restock notifications on the product page. If the item is restocked, you’ll receive an email alert so you can grab it before it sells out again!

Where can I ship my order?

We currently ship only within Pakistan. Whether you're in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, or any other city, we’ve got you covered! During checkout, you’ll be able to select your shipping destination and view the available delivery options.
