Not happy with your purchase? No worries! You can return or exchange any items within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Some items like innerwear, socks, and sale items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and clearance policies.

💸 Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 working days.

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method or as store credit (depending on your preference).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet.
